WHERE CAN I TRACK THE ORDER STATUS?

When we ship your order, the tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided. In case the message did not come to the email address, check the “Spam” folder or please contact us.

HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS?

If the purchased item does not suit you in terms of quality or dimensional characteristics, you can quickly and conveniently return it within 14 days from the date you received the order. For return an item, please contact us.

ITEM DEFECT DEFECTED, WHAT TO DO?

We ask you to take a photo of the defect and contact us online. To determine a manufacturing defect, we will send the item for examination. If the examination confirms the defect, we will offer you to make an exchange for another thing or make a return. In the event of a defect, delivery is paid at our expense.

I HAVE SENT A REFUND, IN HOW MUCH WILL THE REFUNDS BE PERFORMED?

After receiving the package, the return will be processed within 10-30 business days. After processing your refund, the funds will be returned to the card you made the payment with.
